Terms & Conditions — Bilpin Coffee Stays
Welcome to Bilpin Coffee. By making a booking, accessing our website, or staying at our property, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Bookings
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Bookings may be made through our direct website, Airbnb, Hostaway, Stayz, or other approved booking platforms.
Guests must provide accurate contact and payment information when booking.
2. Payment
Full payment or deposit requirements are determined at the time of booking.
Additional charges may apply for:
* Damage to property
* Missing items
* Excess cleaning
* Unapproved late check-outs
* Breach of property rules
3. Check-In & Check-Out
* Standard check-in: 2:00 PM
* Standard check-out: 10:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request but cannot be guaranteed.
4. Guest Responsibilities
Guests agree to:
* Respect the property, neighbouring guests, wildlife, and surrounding environment
* Leave the accommodation in a reasonable condition
* Follow all posted property instructions and safety information
* Supervise children and pets at all times
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
5. Dog-Friendly Property
Bilpin Coffee welcomes well-socialised dogs.
By bringing a dog onto the property, guests agree that:
* Dogs remain under effective control at all times
* Excessive barking or aggressive behaviour is not permitted
* Guests clean up after their pets
* Pets are not left unattended inside accommodation unless approved
Bilpin Coffee reserves the right to request removal of any animal posing a safety or disturbance risk.
## 6. Rural Property Conditions
Bilpin Coffee is located on a rural property in Bilpin, NSW.
Guests acknowledge that:
* Wildlife, insects, uneven ground, mud, and changing weather conditions are part of the natural environment
* Mobile reception and internet services may vary
* Tank water systems may operate on the property
* Outdoor fires may be restricted during fire bans or severe weather conditions
Guests should exercise appropriate caution while onsite.
7. Fire Safety
Guests must comply with all fire safety directions.
No open fires, candles, fireworks, or unauthorised flames are permitted during Total Fire Ban periods or where prohibited by management.
8. Security & Privacy
Outdoor security cameras may operate in external areas for safety and property protection.
No surveillance devices are used inside guest accommodation.
Use of our website and booking services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian law, Bilpin Coffee is not liable for:
* Loss or damage to personal belongings
* Injury resulting from misuse of facilities or failure to follow safety instructions
* Interruptions caused by weather, utilities, internet outages, wildlife, or events outside our control
Guests use the property and facilities at their own risk.
10. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation policies vary depending on the booking platform and rate selected at the time of booking.
Guests should review the cancellation terms attached to their reservation before confirming their booking.
11. Right to Refuse or Terminate Stay
Bilpin Coffee reserves the right to refuse bookings or terminate stays where guests:
* Breach these Terms & Conditions
* Cause disturbance or safety concerns
* Exceed occupancy limits
* Engage in illegal or inappropriate behaviour
Additional charges may apply where damage or significant disruption occurs.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
